Payment condition

Once you have decided on a trip, it is advisable to make your booing as soon as possible.  On confirmation of a trip you will need to pay 30% of the tour price at least four weeks in advance.  The remaining full amount is to be settled before the commencement of the tour.

Cancellations

BY CLIENT

1. If cancellation done four weeks in advance of the tour departure date, we shall make a refund of  all but 15% of the tour price
2. If cancellation done two weeks in advance of the tour departure date, the client will be charged 30% of the tour price
3. If cancellation done in a period less than 14 days before departure, the client is not entitled to any refund.

BY FSTA  

We reserve the right in any circumstance to cancel a trip.  In such a case, the client will be given a choice of either accepting a charge in arrangements or purchasing another tour from us by paying or receiving any price difference

Liability

1. FSTA and its agents act as only agents of passengers in all matters relating to transport of hotel accommodation and shall not be liable for injury, loss, delay or costs arise from any cause and in any manner whatsoever.
2.  FSTA’s liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles is governed by the laws of Ethiopia, and all the claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Ethiopia in which the cause of action arises.  And so every luggage and personal effects are at all times the passenger’s risks.
